# How can I get involved?

If so, **you ARE** Extinction Rebellion and **you CAN** act in our name.

### JOIN A LOCAL XR GROUP

Help build our grassroots movement by spreading the XR message in your community. Organise in a **local working group**, carry out non-violent civil disobedience actions in your cities and attend **training sessions**. **Contact directly the local group closest to you to get started.**
